Recommended use

Use 2 to 3 servings daily.

For a rich creamy shake, combine the contents of each packet with 350-450ml of cold water or skimmed milk, depending on the thickness of the shake you desire. Mix thoroughly in a blender or shaker for 4-5 seconds. Myoplex is ideal any time of day when you need a protein rich supplemental shake. Athletes who engage in intense, regular exercise should consume at least 3 litres of water per day. Drink an additional 500ml of water for each half kilogram of weight lost during exercise.
